Welcome to SonicView Interface! This document provides instructions on navigating through the SonicView Interface and guides you to perform a one-time setup and update information.
1. Logging into SonicView Application
Enter your username and password to open the application. In case the login credentials fail and throw an error – Invalid username & password at the top right corner as shown below, then use the below steps to Fix It.
1.1 Services are not Running
Open the windows services screen and locate the service by the name SonicView ICAP Server (Default) and verify if this service is running OR in stopped mode.
If the service is in stopped mode, then please try to restart the services. If services did not start, verify if the services are running with proper privileges like the – Log on as Local System account with Allow service to interact with the desktop checkbox selected.
Finally, click Apply and Ok button and restart the services (SonicView ICAP Server (Default)). If you now observe the services are running with no issues, then try to re-login to the SonicView application using the same username and password.
If you can log in SonicView application and are able to see the main data grid with no issues, then you have fixed the issue otherwise please reach out to Provana support at "sonicview@provana.com" for further analysis.
