Welcome to SonicView Interface! This document provides instructions on navigating through the SonicView Interface and guides you to perform a one-time setup and update information.
1. Logging into SonicView Application
Once the installation is complete in your system, enter your username and password to open the application.
1.1 Sonicview REPORT is not working.
After Sonicview’s successful login, browse to Manage->Manage Reports and you will be displayed all reports and exports created in your application as shown below.
Select Type=> Report where you wish to verify the failure and click the small button Click to edit the record under the Action section as shown below.
Expand the General Configuration and make a note of the Report Folder Path as shown below.
Browse to the location (Report Folder Path) and you will see a bunch of folders created based on different days. Please select the folder where you wish to debug the reported failure.
Browse to the location where you will see the audit trail, and log file created for the respective reports. The audit trail file will give you the reasons for failure. If you are unable to fix the reasons for failure, please reach out to Provana for assistance at Sonicview@provana.com.
1.2 Sonicview EXPORT is not working
After Sonicview’s successful login, browse to Manage->Manage Reports and you will be displayed all reports and exports created in your application as shown below.
Select Type=> Export where you wish to verify the failure and click the small button Click to edit the record under the Action section as shown below.
Expand the General Configuration and make a note of the Report Folder Path as shown below.
Browse to the location (Report Folder Path) and you will see a bunch of zip files created based on different days. Please select a zip file where you wish to debug the export failure and unzip it.
Browse to the location where you will see the audit trail, and log file created for the respective exports. The audit trail file will give you the reasons for failure.
