Welcome to SonicView Interface! This document provides instructions on navigating through the SonicView Interface and guides you to perform a one-time setup and update information.
1. Logging into SonicView Application
Launch your SonicView and enter your username and password to open the application.
1.1 Edit SonicView Time Zone Settings
Sometimes you will be observing the call start time is showing different compared to the actual start time of the call. This will happen when the windows time zone of the physical recording server and SonicView applications time zone are configured differently. To fix this call start time issue, please follow the below steps. I.e., After SonicView successful login, browse to Admin->Client Setup->Organization Setup->Site Configuration and you will be displayed default sites time zone settings as shown below.
Select the checkbox for the Default Site, click the Edit button under the Action section, Select Time Zone from the available drop-down list, and make sure you chose the windows servers’ time zone as shown below.
Finally, click the right (√) button provided in the Site Configuration screen, and do not forget to click the Save button provided at the bottom right corner of the Client Setup screen to apply the time zone settings.
