Welcome to SonicView Interface! This document provides instructions on navigating through the SonicView Interface and guides you to perform a one-time setup and update information.
1. Logging into SonicView Application
Launch your SonicView and enter your username and password to open the application.
1.1 SonicView Users' Role Permission
Class of Services (Role Permissions) configurations are available only to Sonicview’s s Administrator (master Administrator). Different user roles like Administrator, QA, Site Manager (Supervisor), Department Manager, Group Manager, and Agents are available in the SonicView application. Using these roles, we can control at role level one can able to view calls, Delete Recording, Download Recording, Edit Metadata, Email Recording, Export Report, Print, Report Generation, Selective Restore, and Export Recording operations.
After Sonicview’s successful login, browse to Admin->Client Setup->Organization Setup->Role Permissions and you will be displayed all the Class of Services available in the SonicView application as shown below.
Please select checkboxes next to each feature versus roles as shown below and also make sure your assignments are predesigned to match your organizational needs. Finally, click the Save button provided at the top right bottom to apply for the new Role Permission. Also please do not forget to click the Save button under the main screen under Client Setup.
