Welcome to SonicView Interface! This document provides instructions on navigating through the SonicView Interface and guides you to perform a one-time setup and update information.
1. Logging into SonicView Application
Once the installation is complete in your system, enter your username and password to open the application.
1.1 SV Call Search is not working
Example: If you want to search one of the call metadata details like Agent Name (Edmond) and you have resulted with no data, then please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
In the Agent Name (Edmond) text field, please enter suffix and re-fix using the wild card (*) and finally click the Search button at the left bottom. If you see the results in the data grid, then your wild card search using (*) has fixed your issue.
NOTE: The wild card search using prefix and suffix with (*) is also applicable for all the Sonic View’s call metadata fields like Number, Name, Answered Extension, Direction, Called Party Number, Calling Party Number, Notes, etc.,
