Welcome to SonicView Interface! This document provides instructions on navigating through the SonicView Interface and guides you to perform a one-time setup and update information.
1. Logging into SonicView Application
Launch your SonicView and enter your username and password to open the application.
1.1 Add & Update New SonicView User
After SonicView’s successful login, browse to Admin->User Setup and you will be displayed all the SonicView users created in your application as shown below.
NOTE: To create a new user with Agent roles, then you should have a Manager role already created in the system. Also, prior assign extensions to users, all the extensions should be created in the system. Please read through the section in the application user guide on how to create extensions in the system.
Please click ADD/EDIT USER button displayed at the top left corner and you will be prompted following screen to create new users in the application. In the General Configuration section, please select the Client User radio button to create SonicView users. The Provana User radio button is provided on the screen for future product enhancement.
Please enter First Name, Last Name, User Type, Select Client, Username, Password and Confirm Password as mandatory fields under the General Configuration section.
Please select Role (In the system currently we have roles with Admin, Analyst, QA, Site Manager, Group Manager, and Department Manager available), Sites, and, Reporting Manager as mandatory fields under the Additional Configuration section.
And
Please assign an extension to a user under the Extension to shift Assignment section.
Finally, click ADD USER button provided at the bottom right corner to create a new user. You will be prompted Success: User created successfully message appears at the top right corner as shown below.
1.2 SonicView User Update
After SonicView’s successful login, browse to Admin->User Setup and you will be displayed all the SonicView users created in your application. To update any user, please select the checkbox and click the Edit button under the Action section as shown below.
If you wish to edit/update your First Name, Last Name, and Username assign a different reporting manager, and re-assign different extensions to this user please follow the steps explained in Section 1.1. above.
Finally, click the SAVE button provided at the bottom right corner to create a new user. You will be prompted Success: User created successfully message appears at the top right corner as shown below.
